APPLE REVIEW NO RESPONSELast updated: August 2026

Apple App Review not responding?

You submitted the app, contacted Apple, and still have no useful reply or status movement. First identify what “no response” means in your case: no active review, no answer to a message, or no result after an expedited request.

Separate the review state from the support state

A support acknowledgement does not mean App Review has begun. An App Store Connect message can concern a submission while the app status remains Waiting for Review. Record both tracks separately.

Check whether you are waiting for active review, an answer to a Resolution Center message, Developer Support follow-up, expedited-request confirmation, or an official decision. Each is a different missing response.

Prepare one escalation record

A clean chronology is more useful than scattered emails. Keep enough information for another person to understand the case without reconstructing it from multiple threads.

  • App name, Apple ID, platform, version, and build
  • Submission date, time zone, and current status screenshot
  • Every status change since submission
  • Previous rejection and resubmission dates
  • App Review and Developer Support case numbers
  • Expedited-review request date and response
  • Concrete release, user, or business impact

When to stop simply waiting

Waiting becomes less useful when the submission is clearly complete, several days have passed without movement, first-party contact has produced no actionable information, and the delay has a real consequence.

Use Apple’s official support route for submission status and App Review questions. If that route and an expedited request have already been tried, a focused eligibility review can assess whether the delay fits this service.

QUESTIONS AT THIS STAGE

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact Apple App Review?

Apple directs developers to the App Review section in App Store Connect and provides App Store support routes for submission status, rejection questions, appeals, and expedited review.

Is Developer Support the same as App Review?

No. Support can help route questions, but the App Review team controls the review and decision.

How many times should I follow up?

There is no universal number. Add value with each follow-up and keep one consistent timeline rather than sending repeated messages with no new information.
