A human reviews eligibility. Once accepted and the case formally begins, your service window starts.
Apple begins reviewing the app or issues an official decision. Apple alone determines approval or rejection.
We check that your iOS app is already submitted, that the current issue is review delay, and that the information is complete. If we need clarification or an updated screenshot, the case does not begin until you respond.
A qualifying result means Apple begins reviewing the submitted app or issues an official review decision. The status may become In Review, approved, rejected, or another official outcome.
We do not control Apple’s decision. A rejection still means Apple reviewed the case and issued a result.
We need accurate submission details, timing, the current status, a screenshot, and relevant correspondence. We never request your Apple ID password or two-factor authentication code in the intake form.
