App Waiting for Review for 2 weeks?

Fourteen days without review movement is long enough to stop treating the problem as a generic timing question. Build a complete escalation timeline and identify exactly what has—and has not—happened.

Create a complete escalation timeline

Start with the first submission and include every change. The goal is not to make the case dramatic; it is to make it impossible to misunderstand.

  • Original and current submission dates
  • Every App Store Connect status change
  • Version, build, platform, and submission ID
  • Previous reviews, rejection, and resubmission history
  • App Review and Developer Support communications
  • Expedited-review request, acknowledgement, and decision
  • Critical bug, event, user, or commercial impact

Identify the missing link

A two-week case may still be waiting for active review, a reply to a support request, action after expedited acceptance, or a decision after In Review. Name the missing transition clearly.

Check that the active submission has not changed during the contact history. A timeline about one build is less useful if another build was later selected without updating the case.

Continuing to wait without diagnosis

At this stage, continuing to wait without understanding the review state may not be the best next step. Use Apple’s official status and support resources, then decide whether an outside eligibility review is justified.

Our service assesses delayed review movement. It does not fix rejection issues, bypass App Review, or promise approval.

QUESTIONS AT THIS STAGE

Frequently asked questions

Is two weeks always a stuck review?

It is a serious delay signal, but the exact state, history, and unresolved actions still determine the diagnosis.

What if Apple already accepted my expedited request?

Include the confirmation and use the expedited-not-working checklist. Acceptance is evidence, not a fixed review deadline.

Can I submit a case without an Apple password?

Yes. Never send an Apple ID password or 2FA code through the intake form.
