We collect contact details, app and App Store Connect identifiers, current review status, submission dates, account type, country or region, notes, support history, and screenshots you choose to upload. We also may collect basic technical and analytics data when configured.
2. Sensitive credentials
Do not submit your Apple ID password, two-factor authentication code, payment card number, or other account credentials. Our intake process does not request them.
3. How information is used
We use submitted information to assess eligibility, provide the service, communicate about the case, maintain operational records, prevent abuse, process refunds, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Structured intake records and uploads are stored using managed database and object-storage services.
