1. Service
AppReviewNow provides independent assistance intended to move a delayed App Store review toward active review or an official Apple result. The service is not app development, submission, rejection remediation, legal advice, or a guarantee of approval.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
Submitting an intake or payment does not require us to accept a case. We may request additional information or decline cases that are outside the service scope. The service window starts only after written confirmation that a case is eligible and formally active.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, maintain the intended submission in App Store Connect, respond to reasonable requests, and comply with Apple’s agreements and policies. You must not provide passwords, two-factor codes, or credentials through the public forms.
4. No Apple affiliation or control
We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. We do not control Apple’s queue, review, decision, systems, or communications. Apple may approve, reject, delay, or otherwise act on a submission in its sole discretion.
5. Fees and refunds
The listed fee is a one-time charge for one accepted submission. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, incorporated into these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing apps or submissions. We may suspend work if information is misleading or the submission materially changes.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with the express result definition stated on this site. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the contracting service provider’s jurisdiction, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute should first be raised through the contact address below.
