STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions before you accelerate.

Clear definitions of timing, results, refunds, privacy, and what this independent service can—and cannot—promise.

How fast is App Store review normally?

Review time varies by submission, app, account context, and volume. Some reviews move quickly; others take several days or require additional checks. There is no public deadline that applies to every app.

What does Waiting for Review mean?

Apple has received the submission, but active review has not yet begun. It is a queue status, not an approval or rejection signal.

How long should I wait before using this service?

The right threshold depends on your status and urgency. Cases waiting several days with a genuine release need are more likely to fit. Our eligibility check is designed to screen the case before service begins.

Can you guarantee my app will be approved?

No. We accelerate the review process—not Apple’s approval decision. Approval or rejection is determined solely by Apple.

What counts as a successful acceleration?

Apple begins reviewing the submitted app or issues an official review decision within the agreed service window. The result can be In Review, approved, rejected, or another official Apple outcome.

What happens if Apple rejects my app?

A rejection is an official review result and therefore counts as movement under this service. The service does not include fixing the rejection or guaranteeing a later approval.

When does the 24-hour window begin?

The window begins only after we review your complete submission details, confirm that the case is eligible, and formally start the service. It does not automatically begin at payment.

What happens if the review is not accelerated?

If an eligible submission does not enter review or receive an official Apple review result within the agreed service window, you receive a full refund, subject to the published refund policy.

Do I get a full refund?

Yes, when an eligible submission fails to achieve the defined result in the agreed service window. Time waiting for requested information or actions from you is excluded from the service window.

Do you need my Apple ID password?

No. The intake form never asks for your Apple ID password, two-factor authentication code, or full developer account credentials.

Can you help if I already requested expedited review?

Potentially. Include the request date, response, and current status in the intake form so a human can review the complete timeline.

Can you help with an app update?

Yes, an app update can be eligible when it is already submitted and the core problem is a material App Store review delay.

Can you help after a rejection and resubmission?

Potentially. The corrected submission must already be properly resubmitted. This service moves the review process; it does not fix the underlying rejection issue.

Is this service affiliated with Apple?

No. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

Still unsure whether your case fits?
