Create one reliable record before sending another message or changing the submission. The record should let someone understand the case in a minute.

- Submission date, version, build, platform, and time zone
- New app, update, or resubmission
- Previous rejection and exact correction
- Expedited-review request and response
- Developer Support or App Review contacts
- Critical user, release, or business impact
Decide the next action from the evidence
If information is incomplete, fix the information. If the app is In Review, check messages and access before interrupting the submission. If it is still Waiting for Review with no missing action, first-party status contact may be reasonable.
If an expedited request has already been accepted but the app remains stalled, use that confirmation as part of the case rather than submitting conflicting duplicate requests.
When acceleration assistance may make sense
A week-long, correctly submitted delay with genuine release impact is closer to the intended service scope. Eligibility still depends on the full status and history.
